Admission fee with reservation is $ 30.00 per person and at meeting is $ 32.00 per person that includes dinner and the presentation.
About the Presentation:
The presentation will cover the major changes to the 2009 model UPC code, 2010 California State Plumbing Code and the 2011 Los Angeles City Amendments
About the Technical Speaker:
Ms. Laura Biggie graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from the National Labor College. She rose up through the ranks starting in a plumbing apprenticeship program 15 years ago becoming a Journey Level Plumber, Pipefitter, Certified Brazer and Medical Gas Installer.
Her experience in the trades and education at UCLA Extension led her to work as a project engineer for several general contractors as well as a project estimator for a design build company before becoming a commercial plumbing inspector with the City of Los Angeles.
She is now the Plumbing Training Officer for the City of Los Angeles for over 200 residential inspectors, commercial plumbing inspectors and mechanical plan check engineers.
Additionally, Ms. Biggie serves on the Education and Training Committee for IAPMO and is the Recording Secretary for the Long Beach UPPA Chapter of IAPMO.

· There will be a door raffle prize for all engineers/designers attending the meeting.
· Ask about our ASPE-OC book sale and the large discounts, along with the new ASPE-OC library.
· This month the dinner meeting will have the same format. So, please be on time so we can run an efficient program.
